Conferencing includes many valuable features, including entry and exit tones and/or messages (caller name recordings), conference recording and playback, roll call, lecture mode, self mute mode, conference security and sub-conferencing. Many of the features can be accessed using simple key presses on your telephone keypad.

Moderator and Participant Commands:

• Self Mute - Mute and unmute yourself. This is helpful if you are in a noisy environment and do not wish to disturb the conference.
• Roll Call - Listen to a list of everyone in the conference. The roll call is only heard by the Moderator or Participant.
• Sub-Conference - Enter or exit a sub-conference, which is like going into the hallway to have a separate discussion.
