Web Developer

Job profile:

- 3 years minimum experience with web systems development on the front-end (user interface) with HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
- An understanding of the back-end function and related databases (MySQL).
- Extensive experience with PHP, Experience with web development frameworks (SugarCRM).
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Development experience in Linux environment.

IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Configure, upgrade, setup, and install computer hardware, software, and other equipment such as routers, switches, VoIP systems, UPS, ADSL/Cable modems, and Ethernet cabling.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or connectivity problems, escalate problems/tasks when appropriate to internal IT senior staff or third party vendors in accordance with established procedures.
- Document customer issues and resolutions
- Be able to prioritize support issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Periodic reporting of support activities
- Rotational Emergency Pager duties

Qualifications:

- 2 years minimum experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills
- Strong Systems Administration skills with Linux
- Strong networking knowledge (subnets, firewall concepts, ports, switches, routing and TCP/IP)
- Command line administration of Linux based servers

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining dealer network, cold calling, generating leads, corporate sales.
- Developing relationships with clients and use solutions based selling techniques.
- Having strong product knowledge and always staying up to date on new offerings.
- Working collaboratively with the other sales professionals, marketing team and customer service representatives to maximize potential revenues.

Qualifications:

- Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions based sales process comprised of prospecting, qualifying, presenting, trial closing, objection handling and closing
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record
